Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a roadmap of assigned products
2. Provide a 4 years plan including GAP analysis of assigned products 3. Manage and execute the 4 main task of PM
- Know and understand what customers want
- Define competitive products for target markets
- Promote the products
- Manage the life cycle of the products
4. Support our sales force during big bids and promotion to key accounts 5. Build up relationship to few key people from the industry
6. Lobby key customer / people in order to influence their specification work 7. Cooperate with our MARCOM team for product promotion purpose
Skills/Competencies and Qualification Requirements: 1. Very good understanding of the utility industry / market (know customers and applications) 2. Very good Electric Meter product know how (understand products) 3. Very good Marketing know how (understand the concept of marketing) 4. Good command of English (written and oral)
5. Good commercial understanding
6. Experiences as a product manager, R&D engineer or customer service engineer 7. Project management experiences
8. Mature personality, project leader leadership skills
8. Experiences in a intercultural environment
9. Technical university degree, post-study in marketing and sales
