SKILLS/COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor degree with financial background;
2. More than 5-years experience in finance, and over 2 years supervisor experience;
3. Good English communication ability and skill required;
4. Well known SAP system;
5. Planning and internal control working experience is preferred;
6. Effective analysis and problem solving capabilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Building up and developing budget system, and drafting related documents;
2. annual budgeting set up and budget control;
3. Monthly outlook in rolling 3 months;
4. Updated full year forecast as per requirement;
5. Actual and budget deviation analysis;
6. Setting up and keep improving the control system, which including key control point identify, control method, findings reported and recommendation of control action;
7. To push the key procedure improvement.
